All 2026 Adobe interns will be co-located hybrid. This means that interns will work between their assigned office and home. What You'll Do
* Publish, edit, and organize community content across Experience League, including blogs, AMA recaps, discussion highlights, and customer spotlights.

* Support community engagement initiatives such as AMAs, monthly Community Pulse editorial updates, and topic-based groups.
* Monitor discussions and surface trending conversations to ensure a healthy, positive environment.

* Maintain project boards, timelines, and checklists to keep initiatives organized and on track.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Support, Product, and Operations to support community programs and deliverables.

What You Need to Succeed
* Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, UX, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of December 2026 - June 2027.
* Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September.
* Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and in a customer-friendly voice.
* Solid organizational and project-management skills; ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. Primary Accountabilities:
Consult and collaborate on a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated on‐site care, recommendations, and feedback to physicians, physician residents, and advanced practice providers. Use population health data and techniques to support behavioral and mentalhealth needs of a primary care panel. Collaborate with care teams to effectively and efficiently treat and manage patients with chronic emotional and/or health problems. Collaborate with the care team to refer cases to mentalhealth specialists as appropriate. Identify "at risk" patients and develop care plans to promote psychological or physical well‐being. Build care plans that address relapse and morbidity prevention in conditions that tend to recur over time. Collaborate on patient care plans with the care team. Teach patients, families, and staff care, prevention, and treatment enhancement techniques. Attend and participate in meetings and Quality Improvement activities as appropriate. Respond to patient or co‐worker complaints and work toward a positive resolution of any dispute. Work effectively on a team and communicate respectfully with patients and all staff based on shared goals and mutual respect. This includes active and positive participation in continuous process and quality improvement efforts to improve patient care within the organization's care model framework. Monitor the site's behavioral health program, identifying problems related to patient services and making recommendations for improvement. Participate in evaluation of peers and support staff. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent working knowledge of evidence‐based treatments for mental and behavioral health conditions. Ability to make quick and accurate clinical assessments of mental and behavioral conditions. High level of comfort in working as a behavior health consultant within a multi‐disciplinary care team. About the Opportunity
Innovative Therapy Concepts is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Texas Orthopedics in Leander, TX. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art outpatient orthopedic clinic, treating a diverse patient population ranging from pediatric to senior patients, as well as both low-impact and high-impact athletes.

What You'll Do
Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic therapy for patients with a variety of conditions, both non-operative and post-operative

Maintain clear communication with patients, caregivers, and referring providers
