Conduct psychological assessments for neurodevelopmental disorders as well as utilizing clinical tools to prepare necessary diagnostic reporting. Assesses adults and/or children for the appropriateness of treatment; conducts psychosocial assessments and diagnoses mental health and co-occurring disorders. Assists in the coordinating of care by collaborating with psychiatrists, BH therapists and medical providers. Maintains communication with other local service agencies for patient referrals as needed. Develops network of community resources and maintains liaison with these resources. Responsible for working with patients on implementation and oversight of the Plan of Care.
