Support our urban boutique spa through the consistent use of the Auberge Spa standards and procedures to ensure full guest satisfaction

Qualifications

Specific Program Descriptions
ABH Complex Care: Complex Care focuses on tailoring services to individuals that would benefit from a multidisciplinary, team-based approach. Our teams (AOT, ACT, FACT, and POWER) strive to build community connections and tackle stigma associated with severe mental illness. As a result, our teams work closely with consumers in a community-based approach, overcoming the barriers of multiple hospitalizations and treatment non-adherence. Complex Care team members are provided with the tools/skills necessary to advocate, assist, and motivate consumers to take part in their recovery. Complex Care Licensed Clinicians provide trauma informed therapeutic services utilizing evidenced based practices to empower individuals. Together, we work to integrate individuals back in the community, instill hope in recovery, and provide the additional support for mentalhealth needs.
MINIMUM ENTRANCE QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
* Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited university
* Complete the Qualified MentalHealth Professional Community Services (QMHP-CS) within six (6) weeks of hire or transfer.
Licenses or Certifications
* Must have and maintain current license in good standing in the State of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and/or Licensed Psychologist (LPHD)

NCI training provides staff with the skills to safely recognize and respond to everyday crisis situations that may involve more challenging behaviors. It focuses on prevention and offers proven strategies for safely defusing anxious, hostile or violent behavior at the earliest possible stage.
Justice Intake & Assessment Annex (JIAA) Programs: Licensed Clinicians working within this program must be able to lift at least 50 lbs to maneuver boxes of completed assessments.
Depending on assigned unit/program, applicants for this position must pass a Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) fingerprint-based background check and maintain CJIS eligibility. Due to CJIS requirements related to system access, the following may result in being disqualified for this position: Felony Convictions, Felony Deferred Adjudication, Class A & B Misdemeanor Deferred Adjudication, Class B Misdemeanor Convictions, an Open Arrest for Any Criminal Offense (Felony or Misdemeanor), and Family Violence Convictions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience working with individuals with substance use and/or mental illness.
Prior experience with or knowledge of trauma-informed care.

Position Summary:
Infant and Early Childhood MentalHealth Consultation (IECMHC) is a prevention-based approach that pairs a mentalhealth consultant with adults who work with infants and young children in the different settings where children learn and grow, such as childcare, preschool, home visiting, early intervention, and their home. While mentalhealth consultation is not psychotherapy, it does equip caregivers to facilitate children's healthy social and emotional development.
The IECMHC is responsible for providing early childhood mentalhealth consultation support to Any Baby Can staff, children, and families. The IECMHC will provide a broad range of services, including early childhood mentalhealth consultation through home visits; training and coaching staff; screening, assessment, and referral services; promotion and marketing of group services; and providing parent trainings. The IECMHC supports caregivers and providers in identifying and addressing early signs of environmental, relational, and behavioral concerns to prevent escalation, promote healthy relationships, and reduce negative behaviors and symptoms in early childhood. The IECMHC will also maintain client records and documentation of consultation services in compliance with all performance standards and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish strong working relationships with community partners and Any Baby Can staff to set the tone and foundation for IECMHC to be grounded in strong, healthy relationships.
Learn and understand the multifaceted challenges and barriers that parents and early childhood service providers face in nurturing strong attachments in early childhood, including individual histories and systemic issues.
Develop and facilitate mentalhealth and child development training, education or psychoeducation groups for parents, Any Baby Can staff, and community providers as needed.
Manage referral process for IECMHC services. Utilize agency tools for documentation and data collection per agency documentation standards and grant data reporting needs.
Provide reflective consultation to professional adults working with young children as needed both individually and in group format.
Provide support and crisis intervention with families and children involved with Any Baby Can programs and community partners.
Provide parent education and developmental guidance to Central Texas Families, maintaining a caseload of up to 25 families/community providers receiving consultation services.
Participate in marketing and community outreach activities as needed.
Develop strong collaborative partnerships with clients and client stakeholders for shared discussion of expectations, goal setting and co-development of the IECMHC service plan.
Provide comprehensive assessments and treatment planning with measurable objectives, as needed.
Administer grants require screeners for children, families, and professionals as designated by funders. Collect and analyze data to determine consultation strategies.
Coordinate and monitor intra-agency and community-based referrals for evaluations, consultation, preschool, and other services.
Support staff and community partners in understanding the power of relationships; the importance of self-awareness; the impact of trauma and adverse experiences, including discrimination and exclusionary practices; and how leaders can support staff and the agency.
Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to adapt and tailor IECMHC services to meet the unique needs of children, families, and programs representing varied and diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
Participate in reflective supervision in relation to IECMHC services and practice.
Attend NES and IECMHC team meetings and agency meetings required, including all staff meetings.

What You'll Do
As a key member of the interdisciplinary team, you will:
Clinical Care
Provide individual, family, and group therapy to LTC residents.
Conduct clinical assessments, psychosocial evaluations, screenings, and treatment planning.
Support residents with depression, anxiety, adjustment to illness, grief, trauma, substance use, behavioral disturbances, and other conditions common in LTC settings.
Deliver behavioral management and brief, goal-oriented interventions aligned with best practices in geriatric care.

Work closely with nursing, social services, rehabilitation, and medical providers to coordinate treatment and improve resident outcomes.

Maintain complete and timely documentation using our Geriatric Notes Tool (GNT).
Follow ethical, professional, and regulatory guidelines for clinical documentation, confidentiality, and care delivery.
Facility Partnership
