Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
· Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
· Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
· Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
· Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
· Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
· Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.

The Behavior Technician is responsible for:
Providing one-on-one direct care with learners ages 18 months to 21 years while teaching independent daily living skills for a higher quality of life in a primarily center based setting, with opportunities for home or community based sessions based on treatment plan
Collecting and recording data on the learners' behavior for skill acquisition and distressed behavior reduction goals
Collaborating and communicating with team members including the learners' families
Providing a safe and supportive learning environment
Following individualized behavior programming
Adhering to diet, supplementation, and medication protocols per prescription/parent instructions
Completing documentation and billing both timely and accurately

The Development & Brokerage Assistant provides vital administrative, research, and project support to the real estate development and brokerage teams. This role helps ensure that real estate brokerage and development project activities are well-organized, documented, and efficiently executed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They will assist with a range of activities including transaction coordination, research, marketing updates, and development project tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Development Support
· Assist with tracking active development projects, timelines, and budgets.
· Help maintain construction and due diligence documentation, including contracts, drawings, and permits.
· Support communication and scheduling with architects, contractors, engineers, and city officials.
· Prepare summaries and milestone reports for internal meetings.
· Monitor and organize project invoices and pay applications for review by accounting.
· Update project status sheets, dashboards, and shared drive files.
Brokerage Support
· Support listing coordination - including uploading and maintaining property listings, photos, and details on necessary websites.
· Track deal progress through listing, offer, due diligence, and closing stages.
· Communicate with brokers, clients, and tenants as directed.
· Coordinate showings, property access, and client communications.
· Assist in maintaining CRM records and contact databases.
· Support brokerage compliance documentation and file management, as needed.
Administration & Coordination
· Maintain organized digital and physical files for projects and transactions.
· Draft correspondence, meeting notes, and updates for team members or external partners.
· Coordinate internal calendars and key dates for development, brokerage, and accounting teams.
· Provide general administrative support as needed (data entry, scanning, scheduling, etc.).
· Support ad hoc research and reporting needs for leadership.
· Managing incoming phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately
· Welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival at the company office

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
