**This role in summary**
This position will operate and support specific automated equipment related to an assigned area. Each area has machines with industrial computers for monitoring faults, troubleshooting, and overall process operation. The Production Technician will be responsible for keeping the flow of the equipment moving. This includes reacting to faults and jam ups that cause production stoppages and inspections/gaging. Equipment and surrounding areas will be kept clean and operating correctly. Preventative/Autonomous maintenance will be performed on a routine basis.
**Your responsibilities will include**
+ Technician will order and load material into machinery when applicable. Technician will monitor any applicable flow racks and/or kanban storage areas for potential part shortages.
+ Technician will monitor the equipment and keep it running. Responsible for production output levels and quality. This includes understanding targets and monitoring digital dashboard information.
+ Responding to/resetting of faults and machine stoppages and clearing of jam ups is required. Understanding the fault lights is a must.
+ The Technician is responsible for part inspection, part quality and documenting information.
+ Lubrication and inspection of various stations, pallets, components, etc. is required.
+ Identify and escalate safety, quality and nonstandard process related issues.
+ Technician will work closely with AST support personnel by highlighting any repeat issues or concerns.
+ Technician will work with department supervision on changeovers, PM/AM planning and customer service. AM/PM activity will require a different break schedule at times.
+ Operate basic hand tools.
+ Complete all required paperwork, quality records, documents, etc.

+ Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment

Position Description
We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Plant manager to lead the start-up and long-term operations of our new manufacturing facility producing infrastructure products for data centers. This is a unique opportunity to help stand up a new plant from the ground up, setting the tone for operational excellence, building a high-performing team, and creating a culture centered on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
The Plant Manager will be responsible for all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and safety. This role will work closely with the executive team and cross-functional leaders to ensure successful ramp-up and ongoing scalability of the operation.

This position maintains, troubleshoots and repairs dies, die components, and tooling used in the production process. Manual and CNC equipment and tool room machinery is used regularly. Tool Makers often work in production areas outside of the Tool Room to troubleshoot dies and tooling in presses. Position Description
The primary focus of this position is to provide world class front-line technical support for all Modine Thermal Management Systems (TMS) products and assist Modine internal teams in resolution of product issues.

**This role in summary**
**Position provides functional support to install and maintain electrical work on plant electrical systems and equipment. Plan, layout and install complex wiring circuits and distribution centers in conformance with established codes, install switches and controls, central subsidiary control panels, electronic devices and all other duties incidental to installation.
Maintain substation; diagnose and remedy all electrical, electronic and mechanical troubles.
Work from wiring, hydraulic, pneumatic schematic drawings and code book.
Use all electrical measuring and testing devices.
May direct and layout work for electricians of lower classification.

Modine Data Centers is looking for a builder-operator to design, deploy, and institutionalize our Project Lifecycle (PLC) Process grounded in APQP principles; stand up governance (phase gates, deliverables, quality criteria); create the SOPs/templates and training ("PLC University"). Secondly prepare the organization for a future PMO/PPM platform definition, design and rollout.
This role starts hands-on: writing the documents, building the templates, leading reviews, and coaching teams. Over time, the role scales to lead PMO PLC University and a financial analytics team, including a Cost & ROI Analysts.
Key Outcomes (First 6-12 Months)
* Publish PLC v1.0 with clear phases/gates, entry/exit criteria, RACI, and deliverable quality definitions; pilot and iterate to v1.1.
* Stand up PLC Process Governance Team focused on process quality measures and improvements.
* Stand up Phase-Gate Review governance: calendar, pre-read standards, quorum rules, decision log; achieve >90% on-time reviews.
* Release a controlled SOP/template library with version control and a simple knowledge portal (SharePoint/Confluence) and searchable taxonomy.
* Launch "PLC University": 8-12 microlearning modules plus 3-4 instructor-led workshops for complex topics.
* Govern established monthly PMO Projects Review cadence and associated tracking project health dashboard.
* Complete a PPM readiness assessment and roadmap (data model, intake, resource planning, financial integration); prepare vendor shortlist and RFP criteria for 2026 evaluation.

PLC Design & Governance
* Design the end-to-end PLC Process grounded in APQP: phases, gates, entry/exit criteria, deliverable quality checks, and artifacts (charter, DFMEA/PFMEA hooks, V&V plans, PPAP as applicable).
* Own the Phase-Gate Review process and cadence; chair preparation; ensure decisions, risks, and actions are documented and traceable.
* Create, publish, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, checklists, and templates with version control and change history.
Education & Change ("PLC University")
* Develop a blended learning strategy: self-paced microlearning, job aids, and live workshops for advanced topics.
* Facilitate and/or build role-based curricula for PMs, Tech Leads, Product Managers, Quality, Ops, Finance and other applicable workstreams/functional areas.
* Track adoption: module completion, assessment scores, application in projects; drive continuous improvement feedback loops.

* Plan phased rollout and change management to ensure adoption; define data/metadata standards from day one.
Leadership & Collaboration
* Be a "leader-doer" in year one: personally author critical SOPs/templates, facilitate hard reviews, and model high standards.
* Influence without adding friction: offload work from busy SMEs by drafting high-quality materials and only demanding precise inputs/approvals.

Required Education & Qualifications
Qualifications
* 10+ years in PMO/Program Management for complex engineered products; 5+ years designing or running gated PLC/APQP processes.
* Proven record authoring SOPs/templates and standing up governance with measurable adoption.
* Manufacturing + NPI experience; familiarity with APQP/PPAP, PMP Life Cycle Process, Phase-Gate Process deliverables is the must.
* Strong financial acumen, can build/assess business cases, define and manage financial projects KPIs standards.
* Change leadership (e.g., ADKAR) and facilitation skills; capable of training/coaching diverse audiences globally.
* Bachelor's in Engineering, Operations, or related; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. PMP/PgMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt a plus.

The Health and Safety Technician will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the EHS department with a focus on the prevention of workplace injuries & illnesses and environmental spills and releases which could adversely impact soil, air or water. Key Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Complete classroom and on the job training for topics such as: Hazard Communication, Lockout-Tagout, Hearing Conservation, Emergency Action Plans/drills, Hazardous Waste Management, New Employee Orientation, Respiratory Protection, Bloodborne Pathogens, Behavior Based Safety, Ergonomics, Fall Protection, Mechanical Power Presses, Forklift Training, Electrical safety, etc. File training records and update tracking spreadsheets. Write, update or present EHS information at facility tier meetings and/or departmental meetings.
* Update and write plant EHS policies and programs including: Emergency Action Plan, Hazardous Waste Plan, Hazard Communication, Respiratory Protection and Worksite Specific Procedures, PPE Assessments, Lockout-Tagout procedures, Confined Space Entry, various EHS forms and task specific work instructions.
* Compile, input and track EHS data including Behavior Based Safety observations, safety inspections, energy, waste, water, air emisisons. File accident reports, assist with workers compensation claims. Maintain OSHA logs. Attend production meetings to provide EHS support. Upload and update to the electronic system for recordable injuries and environmental incidents. Participate in safety committee meetings and follow up on corrective actions to ensure effectiveness.
* Complete or support environmental tasks on a routine basis. Perform safety inspections for routine hazard identification and work with site management and maintenance on resolution. Audit environmental processes such as hazardous waste storage, chemical inventory and air permit logs. Complete dedicated audits for PPE compliance, secondary container labeling, safety posters/labels/procedures, machine guarding. Perform air sampling for brazing, welding, painting & Volatile Organic Compound's (VOC's). Conduct noise sampling. Conduct ergonomic reviews of equipment. Provide shop level support for recordable injury investigation, root cause analysis and corrective action.
