About the Role:
The Plant General Manager (GM) holds full responsibility for all plant operations and support functions, ensuring the delivery of safe, healthy, cost-competitive, and high-quality seafood to our consumers and customers. * Strong ability to use technology including scheduling, takeoff, and estimating
software.
QUALIFICATIONS
* 2-4 years experience in construction / demolition environments (preferred)
* Education - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Building
Science.
* Has proven set of skills and a breadth of knowledge that are of value to the
business.
* Takes a big picture perspective regarding the Company's priorities and goals.
* Previous front line business operations or leadership experience.
