Position Purpose
The Fee Schedule Specialist is responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and updating provider fee schedules to facilitate accurate claim pricing and reimbursement. The specialist works closely with provider relations, claims, compliance, and finance teams to support operational accuracy and efficiency.
Principle Activities May Include:

Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or GED AND

+ Responsible for Operational support and maintenance of the Hertz DNS infrastructure including performing L3/4 troubleshooting as required; Working closely with Hertz NOC for global support concerns; contributing to RCA analysis for major incidents; Ensuring proper maintenance coverage for all network systems. Provide full-time unsupervised on-site support operating and maintaining the Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) E-3G Mission Crew Training Set (MCTS) systems and networks; operate and maintain MCTS system hardware and software; perform limited analysis to determine system viability and accuracy. Log and report system issues so corrective measures can be conducted; explore, research, and develop methods to expand training opportunities to fully exploit the capabilities of the AWACS E-3G MCTS; coordinate and de-conflict training events and schedules so the training objectives programmed for the AWACS E-3G MCTS can be achieved. Maintain Department of Defense Manual (DoDM) 8140.03 Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level 2 certification.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Session support
Assist the customer during the training sessions to maximize each training experience
Perform startup activities prior to each training event to ensure the AWACS E-3G MCTS configured for training when customer arrives for training
Address and correct system malfunctions in real time to ensure successful mission training
Perform post training event shut down procedures
Provide technical assistance to the customer in the operation of the AWACS E-3G MCTS
Maintenance Level support
Perform fault isolation, repair, part replacement and checkout procedures for the AWACS E-3G MCTS systems
Perform maintenance task preparations and selection of spare parts, support equipment, tools and technical data
Support test activities and schedules to include providing advice on equipment operation and maintenance
Support the customer during acceptance testing
Perform field level modifications to the AWACS E-3G MCTS
Perform AWACS E-3G MCTS hardware maintenance in accordance with authorized procedures
Support configuration management in accordance with local area procedures
Connect/disconnect components for testing and inspection
Track trends and note product improvement
Provide comments on suggested customer changes to technical manual procedures
