Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with application, cloud, and infrastructure teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet enterprise and business requirements
Innovation & Technology Evaluation: Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies to improve network automation, efficiency, and reliability
Incident Response & Escalation Support: Serve as the highest-level escalation point for complex network incidents, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis
Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain detailed network documentation, playbooks, and standards to ensure consistent operations and knowledge sharing
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline required
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) required
CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) preferred
7+ years of progressive experience in network engineering roles with increasing responsibilities in design, architecture, and leadership required
Strong expertise in Cisco Nexus data center switching technologies
Proven experience with Meraki firewalls, switches, and enterprise wireless solutions
Proficiency in network routing, switching, and firewall security architectures
Familiarity with SD-WAN, cloud networking, and network automation tools highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor engineers, and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
