Primary Purpose of Position
Is accountable for implementing the station technical programs such as Dosimetry, Instrumentation, respiratory programs, self-assessment, procedure implementation, and other programmatic processes as assigned. Implements the long-term planning processes of Constellation to ensure programs are up to date from a regulatory and a technical perspective.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Attend meetings representing Radiation Protection (RP) with regards to programmatic issues with Nuclear Oversight (NOS) and regulators.
Coordinate procedure changes to programs with the site and fleet and write transition plans to ensure appropriate communications and change management.
Tracking and monitoring RP metrics for technical programs and generate corrective actions to ensure programs are free of regulatory risk.
Work with fleet peers to benchmark and improve programs to industry best performance including cost, execution, and standardization.
Perform assessments of programs to identify problems and systematically correct
Implement corrective actions, self-assessments, and benchmarking into departmental and self-learning objectives and develop training material to be used to improve department performance.
Perform in field observations of work and ensure that appropriate standards of performance are met
Develop and deliver oral and written communications effective for all audiences.
Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Accountable for the in-field application of policies and procedure relating to applied Radiation Protection (RP) programs. Directly manages the Radiation Protection first line Supervisors and Radiation Protection Technician activities in their daily support of plant Operations and maintenance activities.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assist the Radiation Protection Program Manager in developing, reviewing an implementing department procedures and policies, and assuring that these documents meet all federal and company regulations.
Participate in Business Planning, Budget, and Business Performance review regarding RP and the site. Fulfill managerial responsibilities regarding assigned staff (e.g. Employment, Development, Compensation, Performance Evaluation, etc.). Ensure consistent and effective work force practices through assigned supervisors/functions.
Attend Peer meeting to assure that industry best practices and standards are being implemented effectively and uniformly across all sites.
Accountable for ensuring that department activities, priorities and resources ae being managed effectively to meet the needs of Operations and Maintenance. This includes planning and budgeting refuel outage support for the department.
Accountable for the performance improvement of the RP first line supervisor (FLS) and RP Technicians (RPT).
Fill in for Radiation Protection Senior Manager at meetings and responsible for department when Manager RP (RPM) is off-site.
Accountable for ensuring that department activities, priorities, and resources are being managed effectively.
Provide critical observations and feedback to site and departmental staffing to foster continuous improvement.

Use top loaders, side loaders, and/or cranes to stack, move, and organize containers.

These Initial License Trainees (ILT) are for the Dresden Nuclear Station in Morris, IL &ndash ILT class beginning June, 2026.
The primary purpose of this position is to train and prepare to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor who holds a Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) License. Upon completion of training the candidate will be fully licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to supervise the licensed activities of licensed reactor operators in the reactor control room. They will also be trained to directly supervise bargaining unit reactor operators and equipment operators generally.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Second Assistant Store Director is responsible for supporting the Store Director in the daily business operations of a retail store. General tasks include supervising employees, managing, and handling center store grocery inventory, communicating with, and helping customers/employees, and carrying out the directives given by the manager and District Managers. A flexible work schedule and regular attendance are necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Leads management team effectively by touring the sales floor and providing feedback
Monitors and ensures effective merchandise presentation
Develops and implements action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved
Ensures Grocery back room is intact and supervises his/her grocery lead's orders
Monitors that the store is in good shape and aisles are full of product
Weekly check on leftover sale products to ensure products are picked up or marked down
Knowledgeable with the various department functions
Managing, supporting, and ensuring customer/employee needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved
Closes stores with no other manager presence 4 nights a week -- Reliability, dependability, honesty, and integrity are required
Acts as a role model and exemplifies TFM's values, culture, quality, and customer service
Models and demonstrates exceptional customer/employee-centered standards to store associates by following and training the Clean, Fast, & Friendly service model

POSITION SUMMARY

The City of Aurora is seeking experienced Telecommunications Operator (911 dispatchers) for LATERAL* entry with the Aurora Police Department. * LATERAL Telecommunication Operator candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years of employment as a full-time 911 Dispatcher/Telecommunications Operator with a law enforcement agency. Police dispatching and 911 call taking experience is required.
Under the direction of the Lead Telecommunications Operator, Telecom Operators are responsible for receiving and processing emergency and non-emergency calls from the public and dispatching police, fire, medical and other emergency services accordingly. Duties of this position may include but are not limited to: Dispatch and track the locations of public safety agencies dispatched by the Aurora Police Department's Telecommunications Center; Perform constant data entry and retrieve information from a variety of computer systems; Extract data and record essential information during emergency calls; Operate a variety of communications equipment including Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management System (RMS) radio consoles, telephones and other computer systems; Maintain required certifications to provide Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) and police related data entry and queries (Training and certification courses provided); Perform general clerical duties; Other duties as assigned related to position.
This position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years of employment as a full-time 911 Dispatcher/Telecommunications Operator with a law enforcement agency and must have experience in police dispatching and call taking.
Candidate must possess the ability to work rotating shifts during training period. This position may require you to work the first, second, or third shift, including weekends and holidays and requires the ability to work mandatory overtime. Spanish bilingual skills desired.
Must successfully pass pre-hire requirements including but not limited to a polygraph and psychological assessment, interview, background investigation, drug screen and meet physical requirements including a hearing test.
This is a full-time, union position. Beginning hourly pay is $30.11/hour*; Additional increases thereafter will be in accordance with the Labor Agreement. Excellent benefit package is included.
* Experienced 911 dispatchers/telecom operators with less than seven (7) years of experience will receive a pay step for every two (2) complete years of work experience in a certified 911 dispatching center.
