What You'll Be Doing Perform welding and fabrication tasks to maintain and repair equipment. Inspect and ensure weld quality meets safety and operational standards. Operate welding tools and machinery safely and efficiently. Collaborate with maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area. What Are We Looking For Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong knowledge of welding techniques and materials. Commitment to safety and attention to detail. Capability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing priorities. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
