The position of Plant Manager leads and coordinates the manufacturing and related activities to meet safety and quality requirements, as well as business and internal customer needs. Adhere to all government and company safety, sanitation and GMP policies and regulations. Education and/or Experiences: Engineering or BS degree in a relevant scientific discipline and > 7 years' experience in a leadership role in technical operations. A passion for building high-performance teams and a solid history of coaching and mentoring, with a track record for leading operational improvement. Strong analytical skills required, including a high proficiency in the use of Excel and other MS applications.
