Do what I love, drive!

Manager never around and doesn't fix problems with trucks or issues within employees such as dispatch who are holding trucks, trailers, and routes for other drivers whom they are dating, drivers taking keys to trucks home so they are unavailable for others to drive, and dispatch not dispersing routes fairly and lying about what is available. I have contacted safety and HR numerous times and nothing has been solved for years. Trucks are highly unsafe with broken mirrors, headlights, airbags, windshield wipers, and trailers are extremely crooked and most of their lights are out making them non-visible.

Never met the CEO.

Set rules in place for fairness within the work environment. Fix trucks and trailers to make them safe enough to drive everyday.

Being myself.

Driving. Everything else within the company, work environment, safety of the trucks and management are not up to par.

I reallly like the opportunity to become a great BDR, I've learnt a lot about business and sales, my boss was a really kind person.

It was a job on site and was really far away from my home.

I do really enjoy working with amiable people and also I really enjoy having a good comunication with my work mates and boss.

Um ….. I was there 2and a half years, I’m having a hard time finding anything positive.

Work life is 0 , management is purely unprofessional, they all have self agendas. The blind leading the blind. Absolutely no skill set whatsoever.
