Responsibilities/Duties:: Establish and maintain a portfolio of business relationships to drive loan growth and new business opportunities. Act as a liaison between Visions Member Business Loan (MBL) unit, branches, and key internal/external partners to improve the member experience. Engage in consultative discussions to more effectively evaluate members' financial needs, while maintaining an emphasis on expanding share of wallet and increasing products per relationship. Serve as the primary point of contact for business members. Provide consultative advice on products such as business loans, lines of credit, merchant services, and deposit accounts. Ability to communicate, develop and manage relationships with centers of influence, community partners, and small business decision makers. Serve as the primary point of contact for business members' day-to-day banking needs. Provide consultative advice on products such as business loans, lines of credit, merchant services, and deposit accounts. Develop and maintain knowledge necessary to remain a highly skilled subject matter expert in the products and services offered by Visions Business Department. Meet or exceed sales and service goals related to business products. • Use referrals to optimize the business members participation in the Credit Union. Represent the credit union at business events. Utilize Synapsis and other assessments and reporting to coordinate efforts to develop a deep understanding of the needs of current and prospective members. Provide exceptional service and client-facing support to drive, develop, and acquire business. Collaborate with other internal departments, and act as a resource to help ensure the financial success of our business members. Assist with loan applications, account opening, documentation, processing and obtaining yearly financials. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve member issues and streamline service delivery. Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of related experience; 4-6 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Strong understanding of business financial products and services. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
