DBQs include questions that require a direct clinical exam of the Veteran (e.g., testing range of motion of joints, documentation of crepitus, etc.).

We primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in the State of Missouri on an "as needed basis".
We provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following:
U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
Army National Guard (ARNG)

Responsibilities:
Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.

Identify any concerns that need to be addressed immediately, inclusive of Behavioral Health.
Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member's medical record using the proprietary system.

Plan, direct and evaluate resident and employee health care in long-term care
Daily Travel to various facilities. Regions can vary based on scheduling needs.
Examine and treat chronic and acute episodic wound-related illnesses and accidents, minor injuries, and accidents.
Interpretation of diagnostic tests and recommendation of appropriate follow-up.
Refer to and update physicians, write prescriptions, and perform bedside procedures associated with wound care.
Work with the medical director in the care and treatment of residents and staff.
