Position Summary
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for assisting in venue distribution/warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, purchasing, ordering, lay-ins, purchase order tracking, clean-up, transfers and equipment maintenance. This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and independent decision-making skills are required.
This is a seasonal part-time position and will be open from August 4, 2025 to December 5, 2025.
This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00

Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting with product purchasing/ordering, receiving and distribution control for the venue.
Maintain sanitation and organizational systems of all warehouse storage areas.
Fulfills all event expectations including but not limited to requisitioning during events, post-event break down, warehouse returns, equipment storage, sanitation and maintenance.
Oversee and ensure that appropriate stocking levels are met for each event; rotate and maintain integrity of product.
Ensure proper transfer process of product between locations, including follow-up documentation.
Assists in performing routine maintenance; responsible for concession and utility equipment cleaning and maintenance: portable equipment, burden carriers, carts, floors, refrigeration, and lighting. Ensure manifested equipment is in location.
Evaluate warehouse employee performance. Maintain employee records, written warnings, reviews and other related documents.
Conduct walk through of the commissary, warehouse and storage areas after the completion of the day to ensure all areas are clean.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, professional and courteous manner which fosters a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
Ability to make sound business/operations decisions (i.e. regarding employee placement, staffing adjustments, and/or respond to technical, product or equipment challenges during an event) quickly and under pressure.
Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Possess a thorough working knowledge of all existing concessions locations: geographical location, equipment, evacuation procedures, adjacent employee and guest areas, and facility access.
Possess valid Food Handlers certificate and Alcohol Service Permit if required by Provincial or local government.
Possess thorough working knowledge of all applicable sanitation requirements, food preparation guidelines, alcohol service policies, safety standards, etc. pertaining to venue concession operations.
Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation and product inventory.
Ability to consistently adhere to the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, ethics and confidentiality.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years foodservice / hospitality experience; similar venue experience a plus.
Food service certification.
Physical Dimensions:
Performing the duties of this position involves extensive and continuous standing and walking. Routine activities require the employee to be able to reach with hands and arms, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. The employee is frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds. The vision requirements include the ability to adjust focus, peripheral vision and close vision.

Work during Wolf Pack Game Nights/Days to assist Game Operations with various responsibilities including but not limited to setting-up Sonar's locker and similar areas, selling 5050 / Jersey Raffle tickets, Chuck A Pucks and Managing Silent Auction Table and assist with other gameday needs.
Assist at events and promotional activities to grow the Wolf Pack fan base.
Engage prospective and current Wolf Pack fans in a professional and positive manner through various promotions, events, and marketing efforts.
Assist in generating brand awareness for the Wolf Pack at a variety of local events and activities (if applicable).
Provide full operational support (set-up/tear-down) of all promotional materials including tents, tables, etc.
Qualifications

Arrives for each scheduled shift on time, in uniform and ready to work
Welcomes guests to the PeoplesBank Areana and Pratt & Whitney Stadium whether in person or on the telephone with a smile and pleasant greeting
Attentively listens to guests' questions and requests while providing accurate information to guests relative to events being held in the building including dates, times, ticket prices, discounts, restrictions, seating options, event descriptions and general information about the facility
Accurately generates tickets from the computerized system and retains tickets until payment transaction is complete
Handles payment transactions whether by cash or credit card in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
Ensure that an acceptable credit card is provided supported by a photo ID and the guest signs receipt or with regard to cash purchases any change is counted back to the guest
Ensures that cash count is accurate at beginning of shift and that when the cash drawer is counted at the end of the shift by management, the cash in the drawer equals the amount taken in per the ticketing system, plus the starting bank
Listens to guest concerns and complaints in a calm and patient manner and resolves issue to the satisfaction of guest or if necessary, contacts Supervisor/Manager to assist guest
Qualifications

The Catering Manager provides support and assistance with Catering activities as well providing assistance to the concession managers in the profitable management of concessions operations, as needed. A critical function of the Catering Manager will be to actively mentor, train and help employees and volunteers meet company quality standards. Concessions Manager Certificate from the National Association of Concessionaires.
Nationally recognized, advanced food service sanitation training course certification.
Familiar with inventory cost control and menu planning.

Overview
Hiring warehouse runners for 2025-2026 Sports season at CSU Canvas Stadium and Moby Arena. This is a part time position OVG is looking for people to join our team working at the CSU Football Canvas Stadium and Moby during the 2025-2026 Sports Season.
Here at OVG, we are looking for motivated individuals who would like part-time employment to work with us as warehouse support for home football games at Canvas Stadium.
This role will pays an hourly wage of $16 to $20, plus tips.

Responsibilities
Responsible for helping set up and stocking all concession stands, portable locations. Attention to detail including company standards of inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality is always required.
Ensure the cleanliness of all concession stands by removing all trash and recyclables.
Responsible for rotating food products during the stocking process to ensure the freshest products are being served to guests.
Responsible for the upkeep of the warehouse including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas and cleaning commissary dishes.
Flexible work schedule. Must be able to work some weekends
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years foodservice / hospitality experience; similar venue experience a plus.
Food service certification

Performing the duties of this position involves extensive and continuous standing and walking. Routine activities require the employee to be able to reach with hands and arms, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. The employee is frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds. The vision requirements include the ability to adjust focus, peripheral vision and close vision.

Overview
The Catering Manager is directly responsible for creating unique dining experiences by actively supervising and participating in the execution of catered functions, to include breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, receptions and other types of events, including off-site events.

Responsibilities
Help to maximize OVG's catering revenue and ensure operational excellence by following established catering systems, practices, guidelines policies and standards.
Follow Banquet Event Orders (BEO) as outlined; confer with Catering Sales to ensure clear understanding of all event specifications.
Collect and/or coordinate delivery of necessary supplies and equipment to event site; double-check china, glassware, sliver, linen and other supplies to BEO specifications.
Ensure assigned work area is clean and properly maintained; conduct pre-function walk-thru of all event spaces.
Ensure that all servers are present, in proper uniform and that all are well groomed.
Train, delegate and assign responsibilities to servers; Ensure understanding of set-up, flow of event and service details based on instructions set forth in the BEO.
Provide consistent floor supervision during events; Monitor flow of service and maintain continuous communication with kitchen.
Ensure that servers are assigned meal breaks and that proper time and attendance procedures are followed.
Enforce sanitary practices for food handling throughout all dining areas.
Ensure proper sale and service of alcoholic beverages at catered events; Monitor activities of bar staff to ensure that all served guests are of legal age; Control and monitor security of cash and liquor inventory.
Assist in facilitating special guest requests; Intervene in instances of guest dissatisfaction; Work diligently to resolve issues and address concerns so that no guest leaves unhappy.
Coordinate the disposal or safe storage of leftover event food as prescribed by the Manager or Chef.
Qualifications
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years of experience in catering or concessions.
Nationally recognized, advanced food service sanitation training course certification.
Familiar with inventory cost control and menu planning.
Basic computer proficiency: E-mail, Excel, Word, Outlook, Schedule+.
Working knowledge of Point of Sale and timekeeping systems.
Cash handling abilities; basic math skills including significant number manipulation.
Ability to work a variable work schedule (including evenings and weekends, as required), depending upon event and business requirements.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Arrives for each scheduled shift on time, in uniform and ready to work
Welcomes guests to the PeoplesBank Areana and Pratt & Whitney Stadium whether in person or on the telephone with a smile and pleasant greeting
Attentively listens to guests' questions and requests while providing accurate information to guests relative to events being held in the building including dates, times, ticket prices, discounts, restrictions, seating options, event descriptions and general information about the facility
Accurately generates tickets from the computerized system and retains tickets until payment transaction is complete
Handles payment transactions whether by cash or credit card in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
Ensure that an acceptable credit card is provided supported by a photo ID and the guest signs receipt or with regard to cash purchases any change is counted back to the guest
Ensures that cash count is accurate at beginning of shift and that when the cash drawer is counted at the end of the shift by management, the cash in the drawer equals the amount taken in per the ticketing system, plus the starting bank
Listens to guest concerns and complaints in a calm and patient manner and resolves issue to the satisfaction of guest or if necessary, contacts Supervisor/Manager to assist guest
Qualifications
Ticket sellers must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he/she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.
High school diploma/GED preferred
Must be able to pass a timed written math exam without calculator
Prior experience with a computerized ticketing system preferred
Moderate technology skills including computers and smartphones.
Bilingual preferred
Previous cash handling and/or retail experience
Ability to accurately and efficiently deal with large quantities of cash and process credit card transactions
