This is a hands-on role for a builder who started as a developer and moved into product ownership. You will actively write code and ship production-ready solutions across both application development and website development, using AI-assisted coding platforms like Replit.
This role focuses on using AI tools to accelerate development, not building AI models or research systems. You will work across internal products and client solutions, owning execution from idea to launch.
If you enjoy turning business goals into working software, shipping fast, and owning the full product surface area, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Product Ownership & Strategy
Own the product vision and roadmap across applications and websites, including the AIM platform 321aim.com.
Ensure tight alignment between application functionality and website messaging, onboarding flows, conversion paths, and user experience.
Translate business goals, internal needs, and client requirements into clear, actionable build plans.
Define MVPs, scope, and priorities with a strong bias toward speed and measurable outcomes.
Make fast, informed build vs buy decisions for both applications and websites.
Hands-On Application & Website Engineering
Personally design, prototype, and ship features using Replit and AI-assisted coding platforms.
Build, maintain, and evolve web applications, dashboards, APIs, workflows, and integrations.
Build and maintain websites, including product pages, landing pages, lead capture, onboarding flows, and CMS-driven content.
Own front-end and back-end development for both application and website experiences.
Develop internal tools that support AIM operations, reporting, automation, and scalability.
Support client application and website builds, often moving quickly from concept to launch.
Act as the primary technical owner before features are scaled or handed off.
AI-Enabled Development
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Replit to accelerate development and problem-solving.
Integrate AI-powered capabilities such as automation, lead intelligence, routing, scoring, analytics, and user assistance.
Evaluate emerging AI tools and adopt them when they improve delivery speed or product quality.
Ensure AI-enabled features are practical, reliable, and deliver real business value.
Delivery & Execution
Own the product backlog, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
Lead sprint planning, feature reviews, and release decisions across both applications and websites.
Make scope tradeoffs and manage technical debt without slowing momentum.
Conduct quality control, testing, and post-launch iteration.
Ensure consistency, performance, and reliability across internal platforms and client deliverables.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with leadership, marketing, sales, and client success teams.
Support demos, sales conversations, and client discussions when product or technical insight is required.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Balance client needs with long-term platform strategy.
WHAT YOU HAVE
6+ years of experience with significant time spent as a full stack developer.
Proven experience owning both application and website development.
Direct experience transitioning into a product-focused role with hands-on execution.
Strong hands-on coding experience across front-end, back-end, APIs, and databases.
Active experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Replit, ChatGPT, Claude, and GitHub Copilot.
Comfort being the primary builder on internal platforms and client projects.
Experience building conversion-focused websites, onboarding flows, and integrated web applications.
Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, integrations, and scalable system design.
Experience with CRM, lead generation, or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Ability to balance speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
Strong product judgment and willingness to make decisions with incomplete information.
Clear communicator who ties technical decisions to business outcomes.
Builder mindset with urgency, ownership, and accountability.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
Not a backlog-only product role.
Not a role where coding is optional.
Not an AI research or machine learning position.
Not a slow-moving enterprise environment.
