The backhoe operator is responsible for operating the backhoe equipment to excavate ditches and structures, lay pipe and precast concrete structures, carry material in the loader bucket, and general excavation and backfill work.

Verify efficacy and accuracy of Brut Case Lathes using calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators.
Read, understand, and adhere to detailed product schematics and prints.
Identify and report vertically any non-conformances with trending data from Brut Case Lathe.
Understand and meet or exceed set departmental manufacturing and efficiency targets.
Verify settings by measuring positions and first-run parts while following all specifications.
Maintain specifications by taking measurements, troubleshooting, and replacing worn tooling while adhering to QA procedures and processes.
Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations - Identify, resolve, and report employee safety issues or concerns.
Maintain equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements
Ensure that work areas are clean daily and that all work is accomplished well within the safety parameters.
