Job Summary:
Machine Operators and Technicians are essential to our Production process. Operators utilize a Celli/Rewinder machine to slit and rewind large rolls of our non-woven materials into smaller rolls for transportation to our customers around the world. Operators must understand the various cores used and the different specifications for all product rolls, while taking care to monitor for any defects, wrap rolls with high quality, and apply labels to the rolls with correct details.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain a working knowledge of the sequential Control Logic that oversees the operation of the line
Understand the different classifications of cores used, such as core thickness, core diameter etc.
Know all the specifications used to define the product rolls such as length, weight, diameter.
Utilize the Avanti software to log in specific details and product specifications.
Actively watch the material running to identify any defects; must be able to identify the various types of defects.
Responsible for flagging sections of jumbo with any defects or issues using proper color code.
Operate an overhead crane and vertical wrapper.
Change shaft extractors for respective core diameters used.
Correctly set knives; must know how to adjust and replace knives as needed.
Carry out functions of the wrapper i.e. set Film Tension, replace Shrink Wrap into Carrier, thread wrapper.
Read and interpret information on labels; apply labels onto rolls.
Identify the different colors of labels and understand the significance of each type.
Utilize appropriate cardboard side covers for final product (rolls).
Distinguish between an FDA Product and non-FDA product and follow proper FDA rules and protocols when applicable.
Collect standard samples and for QA testing.
Add re-feed to the machines as needed.
Perform manual/automatic operations of the Rewinder.
Read, fill and understand Operator Panel.
Know parts and locations of Celli operating devises, such as alarms and lock system.
Initiate E-Stops under necessary usage conditions.
Work across multiple lines, as needed.
Perform routine maintenance procedures.
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed and utilize proper PPE.
Keep work station clean and organized.
Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work in a hot/non-climate controlled environment
Must be able to stand for 12-hour shift on hard surfaces
Must be able to perform extensive walking; climbing multiple stairs throughout the shift
Job requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to push, pull, lift items from the ground, bend at the knee and waist, and reach above shoulders.
Position requires full hand dexterity to utilize hands and tools and cut/pinch/pull/grab fibers and materials.

About This Role and You
Chemical Operators at our Richmond, California Sulfuric Acid Plant require the mechanical ability to safely perform general plant operator duties. Work includes tank truck and railcar vessel opening, loading and unloading, operation of pumps, piping, valves and general plant upkeep and maintenance. They also assist the Acid and Shift Utility Operators or other plant personnel as needed. This job requires climbing stairs and ladders and also lifting (within OSHA guidelines) while wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) including full face respirators, when required. This job consists of outside elements where radiant heat or cold is normal work environment, and rotating shifts.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Relevant experience in an industrial plant environment, performing similar duties is preferred.

About the role At our Northwest Tennessee Renewable Natural Gas Plant in Union City, TN, we convert landfill gas into pipeline quality natural gas (High Btu or Renewable Natural Gas).
Our Operations Technician operates the landfill gas processing facility.
We process the landfill gas by removing the majority of the non-methane components including CO2, water, sulfur and volatile and non-volatile organic compounds to attain pipeline quality.
The RNG Operator will operate and maintain Landfill gas to High BTU processing facility; which will include Guild gas process, Gas Compressors, CO2 removal system, Thermal-Oxidizers, and H2S removal systems.

Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding of new and replacement printers, ensuring alignment with qualification rubrics and operational readiness.
Oversee day-to-day printer capacity analysis and management, balancing supply and demand nationally and at the DMA level.
Support rollout of new initiatives such as the 24-Hour Delivery project, including metrics tracking and printer coordination.
Manage printer communications, ensuring clear and timely updates on process changes, technology rollouts, and business priorities.
Support claims management processes by categorizing and reporting issues, and partnering with printers to drive corrective actions.
Assist in testing new product features to validate functionality and usability for printer operations.
Coordinate fulfillment of special initiatives (e.g., printer photo projects) and ensure successful implementation.
Provide reporting and analysis to leadership on printer capacity, performance, and claims.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required
5-8 years of experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing.

Position Summary:
GreenWaste is seeking to temporarily fill the position of Heavy Equipment Operator to provide support to one or more facilities. This role's main function will be to operate industrial grade equipment efficiently while observing all safety protocols.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures to ensure safety.
Operate wheel loaders and other heavy equipment proficiently.
Work in a fast-paced close quarters environment with other heavy equipment, forklifts, garbage trucks and pedestrian traffic safely.
Load trucks and/or processing equipment.
Push material on tipping pads as needed.
Construct onsite building pads, all weather surfaces, and slopes.
Maintaining the sites roads and terrain.
Assist with unloading trucks as needed.
Understand the safety features of each piece of equipment and how to properly use and track them.
Top load walking floor trailers with the proper materials for each individual truck.
Communicate with the scale and spotters to manage traffic flow on the tipping floors.
Daily pre trip and post trip inspections of equipment and report any issues to the supervisor on shift.
Keep equipment clean, fueled and in good repair throughout the shifts minimizing disruptions to operations.

Follow work flow dispatch as required while making allowances for schedule changes in response to Hot Jobs and customer requirements
Immediately report any and all quality issues with panels and chemical baths to supervisor and/or Process Engineers
Assist Process Engineers in running chemical process evaluations
Perform preventative maintenance on all chemical machines
Use all required Personal Protective Equipment
Complete all internal departmental documentation accurately
Follow all safety measures when handling chemicals and hazardous waste with regard to use, mixing and disposing chemicals
