Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
Stooping/Bending
Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.
Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station.
Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day.
Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.
Crouching/Squatting
Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.
Reaching
Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward.

Professional Development Assistance
Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) Definition: Goal directed supports and solution-focused intervention intended to achieve identified goals or objectives as set forth in the individualized treatment plan. CPST is a face-to-face intervention with the client present; however, family or other collaterals may also be involved. The majority of CPST contacts must occur in community locations where the child lives, attends, and/or socializes.
Components
A. Assist the client and family members or other collaterals to identify strategies or treatment options associated with the client's mental illness, with the goal of minimizing the negative effects of mental illness symptoms or emotional disturbances or associated environmental stressors which interfere with the client's daily living, financial management, housing, academic and/or employment progress, personal recovery or resilience, family and/or interpersonal relationships, and community integration.
B. Individual supportive counseling, solution focused intervention, emotional and behavioral management, and problem behavior analysis with the client, with the goal of assisting the client with developing and implementing social, interpersonal, self care, daily living and independent living skills to restore stability, to support functional gains, and to adapt to community living.
C. Participation in and utilization of strengths based planning and treatments which include assisting the client and family members or other collaterals with identifying strengths and needs, resources, natural supports and developing goals and objectives to utilize personal strengths, resources, and natural supports to address functional deficits associated with their mental illness.
D. Assist the client with effectively responding to or avoiding identified precursors or triggers that would risk their remaining in a natural community location, including assisting the client and family members or other collaterals with identifying a potential psychiatric or personal crisis, developing a crisis management plan and/or as appropriate, seeking other supports to restore stability and functioning.
Targeted Case Management (TCM) Definition: Targeted Case Management is designed to provide medically necessary services, under a treatment plan approved by the psychiatrist or physician skilled in the treatment of mental disorders and to assist Medicaid beneficiaries in resolving or minimizing the effects of the mental and emotional impairment for which clinical and/or hospital services have previously been provided. The goal is to enhance independent functioning through which the consumer is integrated into and/or maintained within the community, so that institutionalization is not as likely or frequent. This goal-directed medically necessary service is for adults with severe and persistent mental illness or children with severe emotional disturbance through which the individual is assisted in obtaining access to needed medical, social, educational and other services. All interventions provided shall be related to specific goals set forth in the consumer's treatment plan. Documentation in progress notes is required for each billed service. Interventions include the following: Components A. Treatment Planning: This includes facilitating the team treatment planning process, including documenting the individualized plan, developing goals and objectives based on a strengths assessment, monitoring to ensure that the plan is working, and making changes when needed. It is expected that the treatment planning process include participation of consumers, families, and natural supports, and that documentation reflect this involvement. B. Collateral Contacts: This includes phone and written correspondence, as well as face-to-face contacts with other social service agencies, schools, housing and employment resources, and medical services. C. Access to Supports: This includes assisting individuals in obtaining access to needed medical, social, educational, and other services. In addition, the service would assist with applications for benefits, and arrange transportation to needed services.

This position will work under the direction of the Director of the Behavior Stabilization Unit to provide assistance with the assessment, development, and implementation of behavioral services using Applied Behavior Analytic/Positive Behavior Support procedures for individuals admitted to the Behavior Stabilization Unit. The person in this position must be able to observe and record individual target behavior accurately to carry out assessment, treatment intervention, consultation and staff training functions; implement function-based interventions as written in the individual's behavior support plan written by the Director or person certified to write behavior support plans; provide ongoing data collection and data analysis to determine effectiveness of treatment interventions; and must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with individuals, colleagues, clinicians, medical providers, and supervisors either through personal contact, telephone, or in written format. Additionally, this position will provide daily direct care supports, skills training objectives, and assist with the implementation and monitoring of ICF/IDD program activities for the individuals on the unit. This position will include weekend and holiday shifts. Further, if the Behavior Stabilization Unit is experiencing low census or staffing needs, the person in this position may be temporarily assigned to another area/cottage to serve as direct care staff based on facility needs.

* Four years' experience in psychology, social work, special education, or human services related field; or
* Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board; or
* Knowledge in intellectual disability, mental illness, positive behavior support, essential lifestyle planning, and person-centered support programs; experience in providing services to persons with disabilities.

What You'll Do:
* Providing hands-on personal care including Baths, Oral hygiene, Shampoos, changing bed linen, assisting with dressing and undressing, skin care and prevention of skin breakdown, toileting assistance, keeping living area clean and orderly as needed, and other duties within their scope of practice assigned by supervising clinician.
* Taking and recording oral, temporal, and axillary temperatures, pulse, respiration, pulse oximetry, and blood pressure when ordered (with appropriate completed/demonstrated skills competency).
* Performing simple procedures as an extension of nursing services as ordered (with appropriate completed/demonstrated skills competency)
* Assisting patients in the self-administration of medication.
* Reporting on patient's condition and significant changes to the assigned nurse or case manager.
Qualifications:
* Certified by the state as a nurse aid.
* Meets the training requirements and successfully completes them.
* At least 18 years of age.
* Possess and maintains current CPR certification, or another certification process as deemed appropriate by agency, state, and federal regulations
* Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license, and appropriate automobile insurance

Position Purpose:
Prepare and deliver nutritious meals throughout the Early Childhood Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assemble food, dishes, utensils and supplies needed for timely meal preparation.
· Prepare high-quality nutritional food, in quantity, as directed by the Community Nutrition Coordinator.
· Follow program-implemented recipes.
· Orders food and supplies necessary to prepare the planned menu for the number of enrolled children and program staff.
· Prepare and sort food for meal preparation for each classroom.
· Adhere to sanitation and safety procedures prescribed for the Early Childhood Department, following all program, state, and federal health regulations.
· Assure that foods are kept out of the food danger zone and that kitchen areas are sanitary so that health standards are maintained.
· Wash dishes, pots, pans and utensils using approved sanitation methods.
· Return all items to their proper storage site.
· Complete routine maintenance of main kitchen and equipment, including weekly deep cleaning.
· Deliver meals from main kitchen to classroom kitchens as assigned.
· Order and pick up supplies as needed.
· Assist in receiving orders from vendors, insuring that proper items have been delivered.
· Assist with menu planning.
· Assist with food inventories as assigned.
· Report any needed equipment or kitchen repairs.
· Attend meetings and trainings as needed and required.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
· Current food handler's card.
· Preferred experience working with the CACFP
· Strong experience working in a commercial kitchen
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Knowledge of culturally diverse populations and their needs.
· Keyboarding skills, computer literacy and familiarity with various applications such as word processing, email and internet.
· Ability to communicate information and ideas verbally and in writing, in a way that others will understand.
· Working knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures prescribed for large scale kitchen production.
· High level of daily repetitive motion with hands and arms in food preparation and delivery activities.
· Continuous standing and walking for most of an 8 hour work day.
· Occasional driving of agency vehicles for food delivery when assigned.
· Frequent daily bending and lifting of bulk foods, food bins and hot food caddies: bulk food items are lifted from the floor and weigh 10-50 lbs. each.
· Occasional loading on and off of vehicles for delivery.
· Regular crouching occurs to retrieve items from lower shelves.
· Regular reaching occurs to retrieve utensils and food items from storage shelves and cupboards up to 8' high and from vehicle beds.
Certifications:
· Valid Driver's License and Insurance.
