Complete Comprehensive/Initial Evaluations and clinical evaluations in alignment with Minnesota statutes and CCBHC requirements.
Support quick access / same-week appointment availability to reduce barriers to care and improve timely engagement.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatry, care coordination, peer support, and case management staff.
Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans that reflect client goals, medical necessity, and functional outcomes.
