Activity School Bus Driver To operate a safe and efficient school bus to transport students to and from school and to and from school related activities. Reports to: Director of Transportation Qualifications * Must have a high school diploma or GED. * Must be 21 years of age. * Must possess a valid class B commercial driver's license with the proper endorsements and have received required training as a New Mexico State school bus driver or a willingness to obtain this training and certification. * Must pass a Department of Transportation physical examination by a licensed physician. * Must pass a substance abuse test as prescribed by local school board policy and state statutes. * Must have current Red Cross First-Aid certification or equivalent and CPR certification or a willingness to obtain this training and certification. * Must have a satisfactory driving record and criminal background that reflects a professional driver and meets all district, state, and federal requirements.
