As an Appliance Delivery Helper, you'll assist with the delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of appliances and other equipment. Bus Driver (Independent) Reports to: Director of Transportation GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB Under general supervision, operates a school bus on assigned route(s) and schedule to provide safe and efficient transportation so that students may enjoy the fullest possible advantage from the programs and offerings of the school system. Carolina Ice Company Route Sales Drivers are required to deliver packaged ice products manufactured by Carolina Ice Company throughout the set distribution area in the eastern and central areas of North Carolina. On most routes the job involves manually unloading packaged ice in 7 and 16 pound bags from the delivery truck at each stop on the route into a pushcart or with a pallet jack. The pushcart is then rolled to the customer's ice merchandiser into which the pushcart must be unloaded. This procedure is repeated multiple times on most stops during the peak selling season (June, July and August).
