Job Description:
About the Role:
• Ensure and maintain a high level of sanitation, food safety, and safe working environment
• Operation, inspection, setup, adjustment, and basic maintenance of fluming equipment, relish cutting equipment, forklifts, hoppers, blanchers and desalt tanks
• Verify that the correct produce is being used for each area of work, including produce rotation
• Keeps inventory, loading areas and machinery clean
• Collaborate with and communicate with colleagues over the radio
• Occasionally lift items up to 50lbs
• May drive occasionally outside in weather conditions
• Start up and shut down of the PPA system for the flume and soak tanks. This includes capping the probes, and turning on and off the controller

Responsibilities
Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
Support and participate in continuous improvement efforts to include Kaizen, 5S and other events, as required of this position. This includes activities to this specific position/department, as well as company-wide initiatives.
Operate forklift and clamp truck to take finished goods away from press, lay down raw stock (paper or poly rolls) for next shift, return product or rolls of stock to warehouse, and receive customer owned material.
Operate wrapper/wrap machine to wrap finished goods by following customer specification guidelines and stage product in warehouse.
Complete and maintain records for example;
ensuring “return to inventory” tags are initialed and filled out by operators before returning product to warehouse;
applying customer color coded label during unloading before product is put in inventory;
forklift safety checks.
Conduct incoming and outgoing trailer inspections for product damage and contamination and keeping proper records as needed.
Perform machine/forklift clean-ups as required. Maintain a clean, organized, “set in order”, and “shine” environment in the work areas, i.e. sweeping dock area/warehouse, empty garbage cans, clean forklifts, assist operators with clean ups, etc.
Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions as required (e.g. safety, quality, production, teams, informational, continuous improvement, and others as requested.
Troubleshoot forklift or clamp truck problems and determine which problems need to escalate to maintenance and/or team coaches.
All other assignments assigned by management.

Qualifications
Ability to perform basic computer operations such as email, data entry, navigation skills within press operation and data systems, and operate a computer keyboard

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, such as machine operation instructions, safety instructions, etc.

Job Description:
As a Material Handler, you will receive, identify, transport, store and deliver a wide variety of raw materials and manufactured/purchased parts for additional processing, assembly, machining, or direct shipments. You will also perform different roles: labeling, packing, and loading items for shipments according to specifications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Receive parts/materials shipments from carriers, verify that the order is correct, complete all related paperwork, and electronically record transactions in SAP.
Verify and count all incoming stock prior to assigning location.
Perform all required transactions required to maintain a high level of inventory accuracy.

Package handler job in Little Chute, WI
This position is responsible for providing assistance with the organization and movement of inbound and outbound materials in the plant to ensure goals are being achieved with safety, quality, and productivity in mind. Most of this work is done using a Forklift (80% of the time), for stocking and maintaining inventory. Familiarity with RF scanners and comfort using manufacturing computer programs (Panatrack, Starship, GP, etc.) is needed.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist with unloading and loading trailers.
Review inbound deliveries and outbound orders to determine required dates, items required, and/or any other specific requirements. Multitasking skills are extremely important.
Complete verification of materials to ensure that materials received, stored, or shipped are free of damage, correct items, and correct quantities required.
Utilize manufacturing programs (Panatrack, Starship, GP, etc.) to complete receiving and/or shipping transactions within the Heartland inventory system.
Utilize hand and/or powered lift trucks to organize warehouse, put items away, and pull items as needed.
Ensure each warehouse remains within 5's standards. Remove unused items, skids, etc. and return to appropriate areas in warehouse. Empty garbage and Gaylord's.
Maintain and oversee inventory processes and inventory systems, providing locational and quantitative accuracy of the inventory to support manufacturing processes.
GuAssist the Materials Team as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge of LEAN and/or Six Sigma processes is a plus.
Mechanical Aptitude is a must.

Sabee Company, LLC is actively seeking experienced Material Handlers (Forklift Operators) to join our team. This position is responsible for operating an industrial forklift/roll-clamp to move materials throughout the plant. Candidates would need to be willing to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule (no rotating), have at least 6 months of experience operating forklifts, and experience with box/roll clamps. This position reports directly to the Shift Supervisor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safely inspect, load, unload, and put away the raw and finished products from various locations in the plants using a forklift or roll clamp
Load and unload materials off or onto pallets, platforms, skids, or racking
Coordinate with S&R to ensure finished goods are transferred to warehouse and stored in appropriate space
Pre-stage materials in the department for easy access and minimal travel time
Utilize all material handling technology to maximize efficiency and maintain accurate inventory
Ensure all safety and position standard operating procedures are followed
Operate forklift at, or under, posted speed limits at all times and in a safe manner
Ensure warehouse and manufacturing floor is clean and clear from product
Wrap material loads with a wrapper
Troubleshoot equipment as needed
Ensure paperwork is completed in a timely and correct manner

18 years or older
Experience using a forklift
Previous manufacturing experience (preferred)
At least one year of forklift experience, Roll clamp experience (preferred)
