* Delivers material to next area of operation as required.
* Completes required production reports, using computer system as required.
* Reports defective material and faulty equipment to the Operations Manager immediately.
* Maintains a clean and safe work environment and abides by all plant safety regulations and work rules. Performs safety inspections on cranes, chains, slings, and magnets.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Pull QA's MPI sample list and return when finished
Pull edited rolls from the editor (Finishing pick up rolls from Editor and put them away, Coating Drop off rolls to be run to the editor)
Remove Scrap from Finishing- Replace Gaylord and scrap racks
Pick up and transfer material racks, pallets, and other consumable supplies to/from production areas as required.
Bring empty racks to DUSE as needed for specific orders (Modagrfix, Liner / face jobs) Remove racks and Pallets of finished a Goods from DUSE when finished as needed
Replenish cores at MU2 when asked by the operator
Remove scrap and broken pallets from Finishing floor (and anywhere else they find them). Stack them properly and load them onto scrap truck
If RCRA Certified- be available to unload and put away Totes if no other DOT Cert. drivers are available

Qualifications
1. Ability to operate shrink-wrap machine and manually shrink-warp product
2. Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (fork lift, pallet jack, high lift)
3. Ability to work flexible days and hours. Schedule may include weekends and holidays
4. High school diploma or equivalent education and/or experience
5. Desire and ability to work in a collaborative work environment
6. 1+ years of experience of loading experience preferred.
7. Basic knowledge of shipping and warehouse procedures preferred
8. Basic knowledge of food handling regulations preferred
9. Electric Pallet Jack and forklift experience preferred
10. Voice Picking and Vocollect experience preferred
11. Must be able to pass a Power Industrial Truck (PIT) onsite training course
12. RF Gun experience preferred

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Merchandise Sorter to join our retail team in our Warren, OH. location. This role is essential in ensuring our store is stocked with quality merchandise for our customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable of performing the job duties, and committed to regular attendance.
Responsibilities
Sort, inspect, and organize donated merchandise for display on the sales floor.
Ensure items meet Goodwill's quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with pricing and tagging merchandise as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with shoppers.
Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Dependable with a commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
No criminal background that would be incompatible with a retail environment (background check required).
Previous retail or sorting experience is a plus but not required.
