Employees may be assigned to the PPG warehouse in Pooler, GA or the Gulfstream customer site in Savannah, GA.This position requires the use of, or access to, information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). What You'll Do At our Pooler, GA warehouse, you will receive inventory from PPG locations as well as third party suppliers. You will pull orders from the warehouse, label and wrap the orders to be sent to the customer facility in Savannah, GA. At the customer facility in Savannah, GA, you will be responsible for breaking down the pallets by your assigned area and distributing products and chemicals to the point of use. Applies RFID and barcode labels to incoming inventory, paying attention to detail for accuracy of part number and lot number. Read production schedule, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. Conducts cycle count for inventory accuracy, and ensures first-in-first-out of shelf-life sensitive chemical products. Qualifications CDL with Hazmat endorsement preferred. Previous driving experience in box truck or larger highly preferred. Previous Warehouse experience highly preferred. Previous forklift experience/certification preferred.
