Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Appliance Load Assistant will work closely with the Route Driver to meet the daily Appliance Pickup Appointments. They will serve as the principle point of contact with the customer, document pickups, while ensuring high quality customer service.

Work as part of a two-man crew to safely remove appliances from the customer home.
Provide navigational assistance to the Route Driver, perform call-ahead to customers, document the pickup and removal of identified appliances.

Maintain professional appearance.
Track and report pickups and deliveries using a mobile device with pick up routing application, and complete paperwork as required.

The ability to lift at least 75 pounds with manual equipment such as shoulder straps/shoulder dolly.
