Serves as Quality & Regulatory Compliance (QRC) representative for the manufacturing and co-packaging facilities. Under guidance and supervision, leads quality programs and complex assignments. Serves as a resource for multiple facilities with respect to Global Food Safety Standards, food safety regulations, weight control, sanitary design, allergens, cleaning, incident management and other related matters.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $27.25 per hour.
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. Work Environment
This position is for the 3rd shift. The dress code requires that nails do not protrude through latex gloves to maintain safety. Employees can wear t-shirts with writing as long as it is not offensive or controversial; however, a lab coat will cover the top half while in the lab. Long pants are required without tears or exposed ankles. Sweatpants are not allowed, and yoga pants or leggings may soon be banned. Shoes must not have exposed skin, and open-toed footwear is prohibited. The company offers a full gym, cafeteria, and team-building activities such as food trucks and sundaes. Spot and determine visual defects.
Cut out defects and splice together good material.
Complete tasks in adequate time limits, as to meet press daily goal and schedule needs.
