The Production Team Member is responsible for producing high quality dough within PJ Food Service specifications, maintaining all equipment in a highly sanitized environment and ensuring all dough is handled properly. **Duties and Responsibilities** + Place dough balls into clean trays according to PJ Food Service standards. + Monitor productivity standards by analyzing metrics surrounding key performance indicators. The Yard Switcher will be expected to move trailers around the yard using a tractor-trailer.
