Job Description Position Summary The Racial Equity Associate will provide strategic, research, and writing support to the Racial Equity team at GroundBreakers. Racial Equity Associates will work closely with the Racial Equity team as well as help coordinate with the Media team. This position will report to the Team Lead of Network Engagement & Media at GroundBreakers. As a Racial Equity Fellow for GroundBreakers, your duties would include: Conducting needs assessments with racial equity leaders to help inform the most relevant and impactful programming possible; Conducting research on successful implementation of antiracism practices within nonprofits and social movements; Conducting research and surveys to inform the Racial Equity Guidebook as a resource centralizing best practices for leaders and grassroots organizations; Supporting event planning and management for the Racial Equity Roundtable Series; Collaborating with the GroundBreakers Media Team on promoting content and engaging the GroundBreakers network of local leaders. The intern will assist with converting existing drawings from multiple sites into newly defined Cologix CAD standards. Exposure to 3D models, LiDAR data, and digital twin concepts will be provided as part of the learning experience, but advanced 3D skills are not required. This internship will run for up to 10 weeks, up to 40 hours per week, commencing on or around June 8th and concluding by August 14th. Why This Internship Matters: This internship offers hands-on experience helping build consistent, accurate facility documentation that supports operations and future growth at Cologix. Interns will work with real drawings used across live data centers while being supported by experienced team members who provide structure, feedback, and mentorship. It's an excellent opportunity to strengthen CAD skills, learn industry standards, and see how technical documentation supports large-scale infrastructure. DIGITAL ANIMATION: * Responsibillities. * Collaborate with our design team to concept, storyboard, and animate motion experiences that align with our brand's vision and tone * Design and develop motion graphics, animations, and micro-interactions for various digital channels and formats * Work closely with our Creative Services team to ensure that all motion experiences are on-brand and on-message * Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions to help shape the direction of our motion design work * Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in animation and motion design * Adhere to Ally's animation and motion design guidelines and general UX best practices * Required qualifications. * Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Animation, Motion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (expected to graduate in 2027 or 2028) * Previous work/project portfolio required * Experience with design software - After Effects, Adobe Illustration, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma.
