The Director of Operations at PCC works closely with the Directors of Stores, the VP of Store Operations, and store support functions (such as Finance, Store Development, IT and Legal) to define and lead processes related to labor budgets and sales forecasts, annual and quarterly planning, KPI tracking and reporting, and other daily store operations, functions and programs such as staff safety and food safety. In this capacity, the Director of Operations plays a critical role in bringing together a diverse set of teams and functions in support of the co-op's long-term goals.
