The Ambassador serves 15 hours or less each week in a defined area by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches and athletes to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission and live the FCA Values. In the FCA Sports Environment(s), the Ambassador implements a consistent approach to discipleship -- making disciples who make disciples. The Ambassador is accountable for ensuring that the FCA ministry is conducted according to biblical standards and adheres to FCA policies and procedures. MINISTERIAL DUTIES These responsibilities are critical to the FCA mission and this position plays a vital role in our ministry. TALENT ADVANCEMENT Work alongside the supervisor to recruit, train and develop a diverse group of volunteers in assigned Sports Environment(s) with the purpose of leading every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church. DONOR ADVANCEMENT Supervisor may ask to engage in support raising by connecting, communicating and caring for donors with appropriate training. Saturday - Friday: 07:00 am - 03:00 pm Saturday - Friday: 03:00 pm - 11:00 pm Saturday - Friday: 11:00 pm - 07:00 am Job Summary: Provide resident care, emotional support and supervision through assistance with daily activities and residential responsibilities, including caring for medical requirements that mandate a licensed nursing professional. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Review residents Individualized Service Plan (ISP), Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST), Healthcare Plan (HCP) and other care plans as applicable to the individual in order to provide appropriate physical and/or emotional support, care, health, and safety oversight. Provide constant support and care to residents including but not limited to bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, assisting with eating and hydration, skin care, positioning, administering medication, assessing and monitoring medical care and providing feedback on overall health of residents. Assist residents when moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs and/or automobiles as needed. Administer resident medications to insure compliance with written physician orders and document in QuickMAR. Insure residents are dressed neatly and appropriately according to the weather and activity. Transport residents to other services, medical appointments, outings, and other events as scheduled. Support residents and follow the activities, outings, and other events planned/scheduled by the Site Leader and/or Residential Manager. Attend resident medical appointments as needed. Document resident activities, support, care, vital signs, health tracking, and other occurrences throughout shifts in the Therap system. Follow Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) privacy rule to insure resident protected health information is secure. Document goals in accordance with resident ISP in the Therap system. Document resident spending money transactions in the individual personal finance section of Therap. Complete vehicle log for daily travel as needed. Follow the agency Individual Accident/Incident Reporting policy and complete documentation as outlined. Maintain knowledge and understanding of Easterseals Southern Georgia, Inc. policies and procedures. Complete all scheduled training courses to insure requirements are met.
