Requirements: Qualifications: Must be a Team Player Provide prompt, dependable, high quality work Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time period Maintain productivity as close to 100% as possible Request needed parts for each job as early as possible once needs are known Perform service, repair, and customization work in accordance to factory specifications Ensure proper completion and filing of paperwork Keep work areas clean and safe Maintain technical (PHD and other) qualifications by completing all necessary training programs assigned to you by the Service Manager Any additional duties as assigned Requirements: 1+ years experience with Harley-Davidson for Senior or Master Technician Harley-Davidson Technician Certificate required for Entry-Level Techs Valid Motorcycle License or Motorcycle Endorsement Equipped with proper tools Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and a thorough background check
