In this role, you will assist licensed Occupational Therapists in implementing therapy plans that promote student participation, independence, and success across school environments. Key Responsibilities Assist in evaluating students' developmental needs under the supervision of a licensed OT Carry out individualized treatment plans focused on fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and coordination Document student progress and adjust interventions as directed by the supervising OT Support students during classroom tasks and adapt materials to meet diverse needs Conduct individual and small group therapy sessions to foster social and functional skills Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to reinforce therapy goals Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and review of student goals Educate parents and educators on tools and techniques to support therapy outside of sessions Maintain compliance with state licensure requirements and school district policies Stay updated on current pediatric therapy practices and apply evidence-based strategies Required Qualifications Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program National certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Current state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) School-based experience preferred, but not Why Join Princeton Staffing Solutions?
