Accompany marketers to marketing events to help promote our offices and set up/break down display
Organize business cards and help track accounts to follow up with
Send follow up emails after initial meetings with accounts
Order breakfast/lunch for accounts and assist with the drop-offs when needed
Monitor marketing inventory and order supplies for the boxes/bags (i.e., snacks, popcorn etc.) when needed
Plan, pickup and set up lunches/breakfast for staff appreciation, holiday and party events for all offices
Assist with managing outgoing referrals in our databases, identify and maintain relationships with external specialists for referral purposes, and gather preferences for new referral sources
Create envelopes with MSJ info and mail out to our new referral sources

How You Improve Our Patients Lives!
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and obtain medical histories focused on allergy and sinus conditions.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic allergic and sinus conditions, including allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, and asthma.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including allergy testing, sinus CT scans, and pulmonary function tests.
Develop individualized treatment plans including medications, immunotherapy, and procedural recommendations.
Perform and assist with in-office procedures such as:
Administration and supervision of allergy immunotherapy (SCIT and SLIT)
Nasal endoscopy
Educate patients on disease management, treatment options, and medication use.
Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Document all patient encounters accurately in EHR within 24 hours of their visit
Oversee and manage both food and environmental allergy testing for patients by utilizing both Percutaneous Allergy Skin Testing and Intracutaneous Allergy Testing.
Provide pre-op and post-op evaluation and treatment after a variety of surgeon performed sinus procedures.
Develop relationships with referring medical providers and the local medical community.
Attend lunches and events with the assigned territory provider relationship rep. to help garner credibility and market Aspire.
Adhere to standard metrics:
Testing: 50% minimum threshold
Treatment: 30% minimum threshold
IOP Conversion: 7% minimum threshold
