Locations and Schedule: Candidates must be willing and able to travel to multiple Aspire Allergy & Sinus clinics across the Orlando area to provide coverage and support as needed. Orlando Ave., Suite 100 Winter Park, FL 32789 Clinic hours vary by location, generally between 7:00 a.m. ? 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. ? 5:00 p.m. on Fridays. How You Improve Our Patients Lives! Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and obtain medical histories focused on allergy and sinus conditions. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic allergic and sinus conditions, including allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, and asthma. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including allergy testing, sinus CT scans, and pulmonary function tests. Develop individualized treatment plans including medications, immunotherapy, and procedural recommendations. Perform and assist with in-office procedures such as: Administration and supervision of allergy immunotherapy (SCIT and SLIT) Nasal endoscopy Educate patients on disease management, treatment options, and medication use. Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure continuity and quality of care. Document all patient encounters accurately in EHR within 24 hours of their visit Oversee and manage both food and environmental allergy testing for patients by utilizing both Percutaneous Allergy Skin Testing and Intracutaneous Allergy Testing. Provide pre-op and post-op evaluation and treatment after a variety of surgeon performed sinus procedures. Develop relationships with referring medical providers and the local medical community. Attend lunches and events with the assigned territory provider relationship rep. to help garner credibility and market Aspire. Adhere to standard metrics: Testing: 50% minimum threshold Treatment: 30% minimum threshold IOP Conversion: 7% minimum threshold Other duties as assigned.
