Job Summary:
The Customer Success Manager will negotiate with critical vendors for the purchase of all materials, supplies, equipment and services used by Plastic Express. Must be able to continuously demonstrate strong communication skills and effective management discipline. Must foster trusting relationships with colleagues, vendors and clients. The Customer Success Manager will handle numerous projects and must ensure projects are delivered on time, meeting company requirements and goals. Must be able to lead or assist in the planning, implementation and introduction of projects and purchases. This role significantly impacts operational groups and departments.
The Customer Success Manager will work closely with and provide prompt feedback to the Executive Steering Group, Sales and Marketing, Accounting, Human Resources and company management. During the course of business, the Customer Success Manager is not to share any confidential information with anyone other than their direct manager or Executives of Plastic Express.
Essential Functions/Duties:
Drafts, implements, and executes policies and procedures to facilitate a quality customer service experience
Establishes performance metrics for customer success representatives
Establishes service levels and requirements for the department
Develops and implements methods to record, assess, and analyze customer feedback
Develops and implements training and quality assurance programs for new hires and experienced employees
Identifies and recommends or acquires updates and expansions to technology, equipment, and policies that may improve customer service and retention
Acts as a liaison between the customer success department and other divisions in the company
Drafts and implements the department's budget
Performs other related duties as assigned
Additional Specific Duties:
Performs the duties of a CSR and/or CSR Supervisor when required due to a shortage of CSRs (illness, termination, etc.)
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
At least five years of related experience required
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Prior management experience highly preferred

Work Environment:

This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work are normally 7:30 am - 3:30 pm. Hours can be adjusted as needed to meet the needs of the customers.

Job Summary:
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, this position is responsible for maintaining an ongoing relationship with selected accounts and developing the required plans to grow these selected accounts. In addition, this position is responsible for identifying key target markets and accounts, developing a sales strategy for each account, presenting this strategy to the management team, and implementing the agreed-upon strategy.

Schedule and facilitate routine engagements and meetings with customer portfolio to meet department goals.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with account base.
Utilize CRM and internal reporting to pursue business opportunities.
Market Development
Identify key new markets for Plastic Express to service and grow.
Develop a strategy for each account in each market.
Complete and maintain market research and analysis, market competition, market share, capabilities, locations, and pros, and cons for each targeted account.
Pricing and Contracts
Responsible for identifying market pricing as it relates to each account and coordinating with the management team the pricing strategy at each account
Prepares for approval and delivers approved pricing and contracts for each account
Facilitates pricing contracts, agreements, and addendums as needed for each account along with the Contract Administrator
Reports
Utilize CRM to build customer history and sales opportunity pipeline.
Utilize sales revenue and volume reports to understand customer account trends and opportunity, provide quarterly review of top account performance to VP Sales.
Facilitate Account Receivable correction within each account where appropriate
Develop annual sales plan for each account
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
Previous 3 to 5 years in sales & marketing experience is required.
Excellent interpersonal, communications and organizational skills are required.
Must be multi-task oriented with the ability to handle many activities simultaneously.
Must have the ability to prioritize initiatives and tasks and self-manage.
Recognizes the importance of establishing strong relationships at all levels within the account base.

Job Summary:
With reporting responsibilities to the AVP of Rail Operations, this position is directly responsible for the management of the company's rail operations at one of our warehouse locations. Individual must provide positive leadership for company employees and temporary staffing in a safety sensitive and production environment. Responsible to direct daily management to include: railcar movements and inspections; communicating with railroads; switching operations; maintaining inventories; production scheduling; scheduling and performing light maintenance; employee development, counseling, discipline, and training; and record keeping and communication of issues with management. The Warehouse Rail Manager will be supported by a Warehouse Rail Supervisor for the site.
This individual works closely with the Production Manager, Safety Director, Quality Manager, Rail Operations, Customer Success representatives (CSRs), Trucking department and Sales department. Must oversee the facility and rail yard operations to meet KPI targets and goals. Additional duties and responsibilities may be added or deleted at any time.

Ensure all personnel are qualified and trained through our Rail Training Manual.
Maintain the appropriate amount of staffing to accomplish the required production goals for all Warehouse Rail activities.

Ensure Warehouse Rail employees are following work instructions.
Maintain meticulous records of employee training, employee counseling, and performance reviews.
Promote continuous training and development of employees and temporary staff.

Hands on leadership with operational and technical skills to ensure that "best practices" are being utilized.

Warehouse Rail Yard
Review daily coordination and inspection of all railcar activities.
Clearly communicate with the Rail Road and Local Operating authorities.
Maintain meticulous physical and computer inventories of customer railcar inventory. Inventory accuracy should be maintained at 100%.
Supervise and manage appointments for approved vendors, customers, & third-party contractors entering the Warehouse Rail Terminal.
Ensure all visitors and guests sign in at the office, and are given a safety brief for yard safety.

Job Summary:

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
Previous 3 to 5 years in sales & marketing experience is required.

Job Summary:
The position reports to the AVP of Rail Operations. Input customer provided ASNs/Railcar Arrival Notices into PXTM system with accuracy and speed
Create & Issue customer RANs timely for all inbound railcars with required documents supplied by the customer
Effectively function between multiple shared email accounts
Ensure on-time Railcar Releases and Audit Railcar Inventory for accuracy/discrepancies
Keep accurate records of miscellaneous daily spreadsheets - Site Specific as assigned
Ensure on-time EOM billing is submitted for assigned terminals - Site Specific
Track daily/weekly/monthly railcar in-transit reports & current inventory reports to insure accuracy
Work with Terminal Rail Techs daily to make sure all Railcars are being received/release properly using Tablets
Act as a liaison between the Customer Success Department, Rail Operations and other departments.
Inventory data audits for all Terminals, both In-Transit Inventory and Current Inventory
Ensure immediate material loss clean up and proper disposal
Ensure all personnel are equipped with company issued PPE at all times

Qualifications:
