Who You Are
Plumbing Technicians will be responsible for all aspects of the service, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of the plumbing systems in residential homes. This includes installing and repairing sinks, water heaters, toilets, other plumbing fixtures, cleaning drains, as well as appliances including dishwashers and garbage disposals. You will accurately diagnose plumbing problems and communicate with clients the options and upgrades that increase safety and enhance the quality/health of life for homeowners.
Essential Job Functions
Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues, including leak detection
Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues
Always explain to the customer what service you are performing and give exact prices & gain approval before doing the work
Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services for the customer's needs and wants
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations
Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
Maintain your truck so that it is always neat and clean on the inside and outside
Work alongside Customer Service and Dispatch team to ensure overall success of the business
Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed
Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving
Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats
Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with diagnostic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing, water heaters, tankless, and filtration
JM License in AR & OK preferred
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to provide repair versus replacement options to customers
Knowledge of drain machines, camera, and locator equipment
Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools
High School Diploma or GED
Clean driving record
Basic computer skills, ability to use an iPad to document work
Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language

Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking experienced Pipe Fitters for immediate openings in Catoosa, Oklahoma. This position involves fitting piping and vessels for natural gas compressor systems in a fabrication shop environment.
Candidates must be skilled in fitting pipe sizes ranging from 1½” through 12”, working with schedules from STD through 160, and be capable of reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications. Applicants must supply their own pipe fitting tools.
Responsibilities
Fit and assemble pipe and piping systems according to blueprints and job specifications
Work with pipe sizes 1½” to 12” and schedules STD-160
Fit piping and vessels used in natural gas compressor applications
Measure, cut, align, and secure pipe accurately
Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and safety compliance
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety protocols and shop procedures

YOUR ROLE:
You're responsible for going on residential service calls and showing up on time. Always polite and professional, you speak with clients, answer questions, and deliver excellent customer service. You explain service options, use ServiceTitan to build estimates, and gain the client's approval before getting to work. As you repair plumbing systems, replace fixtures, install equipment, and clean drains, you complete quality work that meets state and city codes. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Current Oklahoma journeyman license
Experience installing fixtures like toilets, water heaters, sinks, faucets, etc.
