The ability to reach with hand and finger dexterity is required for patient preparation. Carrying of equipment greater than 10lbs is frequent. The ability to lift and push is required for patient care and transporting of patients which may weight in excess of 300 pounds. May utilize computer keyboard up to 2 hours per day. Must be able to see in order to read, write and perform job duties. Must be able to communicate with other in person and by telephone. This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements. This position has the potential for occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens and other infectious materials as defined by OSHA. Hazardous chemicals may be used during patient preparation and cleaning of equipment. Must follow universal safety precautions.
