The Complete Vehicle Technical Writer is responsible for documenting complaints, malfunctions, findings, or anomalies arising from the Complete Vehicle Verification and Validation in the metropolitan area of California on public roads, according to Porsche's proprietary testing systems and methodologies. The vehicles descend from Porsche's development process and reflect the current quality and development levels of the corresponding model ranges. As the vehicles mature, it is necessary to have the vehicles updated, especially with regards to the software and hardware, in order to ensure that any findings and/or complaints occurred are arising from the latest, released versions and are thus relevant. The main task is the technical documentation and communication of testing results into Porsche's proprietary systems and to responsible project coordinators and engineers. This also includes supporting engineers with preanalysis of complaints, malfunctions, findings or anomalies.
