To remove trash daily from the cans that have been filled as well as picking up debris on floor that is not being utilized by technicians or other staff members in the service department. 2. Reports to: DME & Building Supervisor The Custodian is responsible for assisting in the cleaning of all Hospice of Midland facilities. This is a non-exempt position. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Performs janitorial services to include vacuuming, dusting, cleaning glass and ledges, cleaning kitchens and break rooms, cleaning and stocking restrooms, and disposing of trash. 2. Performs landscaping duties, including (but not limited to) policing the grounds, mowing, edging, weeding and trimming hedges. 3. Promotes Hospice of Midland in the community. 4. Supports the Hospice of Midland Mission and Values. 5. Completes other duties and projects as needed.
