Job Description
Job purpose
Assists line cook in preparing and serving of food items. Assist other back of the house employees in various kitchen tasks including ensuring ingredients are in house and up to specifications, providing general cleaning and
sanitizing equipment for cooking, washing and storing of food.

● Monitor with care the
temperature of the cooking equipment and cooling rooms
● Eligible to work in the

Qualifications
Experience as a prepcook is preferred
but not required. Knowledge of health
and safety rules in a kitchen.
Qualifications include:

● Manual
dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils

Working conditions
Fast paced environment that can be
extremely hot and cold at various times. You will be around sharp objects, hot surfaces and in areas where the
floor may be wet or slippery at times.

up 50 lbs or less on a regular base.
