We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team at Town MD. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of restoring mobility and enhancing the quality of life for our patients. Responsibilities Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare providers Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Provide patient education on health management and rehabilitation Assist in acute pain management strategies Maintain accurate medical records using EMR systems Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies or equivalent Current PA license in the state of New Jersey Proficiency in EMR systems (e.g., Epic) Strong clinical skills with experience in patient assessment and physical examinations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team Experience in acute care settings preferred. Knowledge of acute pain management techniques is a plus.
