**Job Responsibilities**
+ Perform entry-level professional administrative staff duties in support of functional areas, gradually increasing in level of difficulty and responsibility
+ Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction
+ Type and word-process draft documents and electronic information
+ Prepare routine reports with guidance
+ Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications
+ Assist in arranging meetings, conferences, and project team activities
+ Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials
+ Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
**Qualifications**
+ Must be actively enrolled in a 4-years undergraduate Engineering degree in EE, CS, or SWE.
+ Have completed at least 2 years of college and be at least a Junior or Senior at time of application with a 3.0 GPA or better.
+ Strong communication and organizational skills.
+ Ability to solve complex problems using your natural curiosity.
+ Work effectively as a member of a team or on individual tasks.
U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
