Essential Functions:

Use advanced structural and product design engineering software tools along with CAD software, preferably Siemens NX. Knowledge of GD&T principles and application to designs
Applies engineering principles to adapt or improve upon heritage features from previous successful designs of a similar nature
Demonstrates a willingness to seek creative, new, and different ways to accomplish outcomes
Perform engineering design, development, analysis, and/or test activities to support assigned projects
Develop test programs as needed to evaluate system elements, such as materials, structural components, etc.
Manage test activities and test article fabrication, including documentation of results
Ability to communicate project status, analysis/test results through written reports or presentations to internal and external customers.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) with 2 years of related engineering experience; OR a Master's degree in STEM with 1 year of related engineering experience.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Facility Engineers who are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, including N2, air compressors, chillers, boilers, pumping systems, cleanroom air handling, filtration, and general exhaust. The Engineer must accurately and reliably follow standard operating procedures for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. This role supports the (OSAT) factory/site in North Peoria, AZ.

Position Overview:
• Manage automatic control systems for efficiency and issue resolution. Monitor system performance and propose improvements.
• Manage the inventory of main tools, instruments, and materials, and order them in a timely manner when necessary to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, regularly inspect the condition of equipment, establish maintenance plans, and be able to troubleshoot issues.
• Develop system documentation, including PM work plans, operating instructions, contingency plans, and training materials.
• Manage permitting procedures for equipment installation and operation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Manage the utility supply procedures (electricity, water, gas) required for the production line while optimizing energy use and reducing waste, ensuring stable supply by adhering to each utility's specifications.
• Clearly define the project requirements and prepare bid documents to include the project's scope, schedule, budget, and technical specifications to ensure the selection of suitable contractors.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 3+ years' experience with maintenance and process systems, working in an industrial setting is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge in operation of industrial and/or commercial processing equipment, semiconductor is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of industry standards, codes and regulations, and the ability to apply to maintenance operation of the site's mechanical systems.

Assist in the procurement of equipment and materials, and track and expedite their delivery.

Assist in the preparation of estimates and quotations to obtain project work. Assist the Project Manager and/or Estimator in bid preparation, subcontractor/vendor solicitation, evaluation and award.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE GRAYCOR ENGINEERING MENTORING PROGRAM, YOU WILL NEED:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or other relevant technical discipline.
