Role Summary
The Production Lead will oversee blending, encapsulation, and packaging operations while serving as a change agent in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. This role is responsible for daily throughput, execution, team leadership, and continuous improvement across production areas. You will play a critical role in elevating operational standards and supporting consistent product quality.
Responsibilities
Production Oversight & Daily Execution
Coordinate and supervise daily production activities across production, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
Develop and implement production schedules aligned with the Master Plant Schedule.
Set up production lines and complete shift start-up activities on time.
Monitor checklists, shift handovers, and task completion in real time.
Use digital tools (CMMS, MES, etc.) to plan and track daily plant-floor activities.
Support operators with troubleshooting, clarity, and escalation when needed.
Performance, Quality & Process Improvement
Monitor performance and take timely corrective action where needed.
Reinforce compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, and production standards.
Troubleshoot operational issues and minimize downtime.
Ensure all processes comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment.
Batch Documentation & Inventory Oversight
Maintain accurate and compliant Batch Production Records (BPR).
Manage work orders from issuance through closure, ensuring accurate documentation.
Oversee inventory picking and return-to-stock processes in accordance with company procedures.
Team Leadership, Training & Development
Train and mentor production staff on equipment, workflows, and safety procedures.
Support cross-training efforts across production, warehouse, and maintenance teams.
Maintain current training materials aligned with SOPs.
Coach and develop team members to ensure strong performance.
Monitor attendance, productivity, and adherence to company policies.
Operational Support & Reporting
Work with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Partner with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and efficient material flow.
Coordinate with planning and scheduling teams on readiness and production priorities.
Maintain shift summaries, activity logs, and contribute to KPI dashboards.
Participate in daily huddles, facility walk-throughs, and safety meetings.
Qualifications Required
3+ years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or plant operations.
Strong understanding of SOPs, lean principles, and manufacturing best practices.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced production environment.
Comfort using digital tools for task tracking, inventory updates, and reporting.
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Operations, Industrial Technology, or related field.
Experience with ERP, CMMS, MES, WMS, or similar systems.
OSHA 10 certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities
The general scope of this position's responsibility is to work closely with the Helpers, Set Up Techs and the Shift Supervisors. You must also be able to work closely with the Quality Control Technicians in case of quality problems. You must be able to perform all of your duties in a safe and timely fashion. The technician's main responsibility is to keep the line running acceptable quality product.
Maintain operation of designated line.
Be able to supervise Helpers on line and be responsible for their actions.
Ability to take ownership of the line when it is down and be responsible for getting the line back up and running under normal running conditions.
Ability to train their helpers to perform properly in accordance with the helper's responsibilities.
Responsible for following safety rules, such as wearing safety gloves, steel-toed shoes, hearing protection and safety glasses in assigned areas and the appropriate safety procedures that apply. A technician is also responsible for the enforcement of safety rules to the helper.
Responsible for clean ups and daily clean up that is due by the end of the shift.
Ability to do all technician paperwork, key information into the computer system, and be responsible for all products run on the line.
Ability to understand the process and operation of the equipment.
Drive forklift as needed to move skids and/or supplies in a safe manner.

Department : Production Reports to : Team Leader Summary/Objective The Team Member position is to ensure that quality parts are being finished and that any non-conforming parts are reported and removed for disposition.They will also contribute to a work environment where fairness, equality and non-discriminatory practices are the standard. Following the job instruction provided by the Group Leader.
Meeting daily job assignment standards. Ability to rotate within the assigned work station in a line or within other lines.
Immediately inform the Group Leader/Team Leader of any visual and/or physical defects in production pieces that appear at your work station. Reference operation instructions.
Trim pieces without creating any defects. Perform additional trimming of flash to enable a part to meet customer standard and requirements.
Ensuring that no defective pieces are packed.
Record any non-conforming parts on the productive reports.
Ensuring all conforming parts are correctly packed according to packaging standards.
Ensure that all aspects of his or her area of responsibility is in full compliance with the quality system in place at the operation at all times.
Ensure there are no quality or production interruptions due to lack of giving or seeking information by fully informing the Production Manager of all events affecting production and the shift.
Maintain a productive working environment by good communication, cooperation, positive habits and attitudes.
Record information on scrap sheets and/or downtime sheets regarding scrap parts, and information about machine, equipment and fixture problems.
Follow company safety rules 100% of the time.
Reading, understanding and complying with company safety rules as designated by the YAPP USA Automotive Systems, Inc. Employee Handbook and outlined by the Job Safety Guide.
Take action to promptly correct or remove all workplace hazards and unsafe work conditions.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Mover/Production Technician to join our team! As such, you will be traveling to a different location each day, ensuring boxes and furniture are properly wrapped, and loading everything specified into a vehicle. You will also be responsible for securing the load properly to ensure nothing is damaged or destroyed, unloading the items at the destination, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will also be expected to help clean house contents once back at our location. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in all weather conditions, has strong customer service and communication skills, and can comfortably work on their feet lifting heavy objects.
Responsibilities
Travel to each location and ensure all boxes are properly packed, and all furniture is ready to move safely
Load everything into the truck or vehicle with the team, taking care to make sure everything is well organized and the load is properly distributed
Secure all boxes, furniture, and equipment before moving
Unload all boxes, furniture, and equipment, placing them in the designated rooms as noted by the owners
Maintain a safe, clean work environment
Qualifications
