Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve minor production issues independently. Team Player Mentality: Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate and cross-train. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Commitment to Safety & Quality: Understanding of PPE requirements, safety protocols, and best practices.
