We're looking for a hands-on Assembly Operator to support developmental fiber manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll operate specialized equipment, manage experimental wareflow, and work closely with process engineers to help improve and optimize cutting-edge manufacturing processes.

🛠️ What You'll Do
Load, set up, operate, and complete turnaround of developmental fibermaking lathes
Safely operate and monitor specialized fibermaking equipment

Support development and documentation of SOPs and best practices
Manage experimental wareflow as required
Partner with process engineers on experiments, data collection, and process improvements
Train associates and support other shifts when needed
Document process observations, issues, and improvement opportunities

Required:
2+ years of experience in a technical or manufacturing-related role
Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for extended periods
