Load cannabis oils, distillates, and concentrates safely and efficiently. Monitor production quality and troubleshoot minor issues to keep workflow steady. Keep accurate records, batch logs, and compliance documentation. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with state regulations. Who Thrives in This Role You don't need cannabis industry experience-just reliability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. If you enjoy working with equipment, like hands-on tasks, and want a job where your work makes a clear impact, this role is a great fit. Required Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment. Detail-focused, consistent, and reliable. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be 21+ and able to pass all required background checks. Preferred (Not Required!) Experience operating automated machinery. Familiarity with cannabis oils, distillates, or concentrate textures. Experience with Shark machines or similar filling equipment. Experience in licensed cannabis production or METRC tracking.
