Key Responsibilities Provide first-level support for staff across NAICA shelters, housing programs, and administrative offices. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; escalate as needed. Maintain inventory of IT equipment across multiple NAICA locations. Help install software updates and ensure devices meet security and compliance requirements. Assist with onboarding/offboarding tech tasks, including email setup, ID creation, equipment retrieval, etc. Log, update, and close helpdesk tickets in NAICA's ticketing system.
