+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

What you will be doing:
We are looking for a motivated intern to join the Formulation Development group. The Formulation Development group focuses on developing small-molecule formulations and processes to bring transformative medicines to patients. The intern will work closely with formulation and pharmaceutical scientists to develop amorphous solid dispersions via hot melt extrusion for high melting point drugs. The intern will help take one dispersion through to an oral tablet dosage form. The intern will plan and execute experiments, analyze data, and present results to the team.
